Registration Instruction
For authors:
1. Please submit your work through Easy Chair System by September 30, 2019, your submission will be confirmed immediately by the system.
2. You will receive the notification after the review process .
3. Authors whose paper are accepted should follow the instructions listed in the notification form.
4. You should send the required files to icaeas@meacse.org .
5. Your registration will be confirmed .
