English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be English writing and presenting.

All submissions will be peer-reviewed based on originality, technical quality and presentation.

Please submit your work through  Easy Chair System, your submission will be confirmed immediately by the system.If you don't want paper publication, you can only submit your abstract.
